Assistant Manager – Business Analyst is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, automation, and process improvement initiatives. The role supports operational leadership by delivering accurate analytics, forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-support tools to drive business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, automation
- Analyze operational, productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends and business insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking reports for leadership
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports to support business decision-making
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
