About the role
The Manager of Accounting & Tax will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements & tax filings. This role will work closely with senior management, external auditors, to ensure compliance with financial and tax reporting standards.
What you'll do
- Responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Work closely with senior management, external auditors, to ensure compliance with financial and tax reporting standards
- Assist in the preparation of tax forms, i.e 1099, Misc, INT, 5498, quarterly estimated tax payments and other tax-related filings
- Collaborate with onshore clients to ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and other regulatory reports
- Identify areas for process improvements and automation & ensure implementation of the process improvement ideas
