About the role
We are seeking a Business / Data Analyst with Data Engineering expertise to support the design and development of banking data marts for regulatory reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption. The role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable data models , ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and traceability across enterprise data platforms.
What you'll do
- Business & Data Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Regulatory teams) to gather and document data mart requirements
- Translate requirements into data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules
- Define KPIs, metrics, and regulatory data elements (e.g., capital, liquidity, exposure)
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies
