About the role
The role designs RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and MCP-based integrations using the Claude API and Claude Code, translating client requirements into secure, scalable reference architectures. Operating within the India AI Center of Excellence and reporting to the Director, the architect partners with delivery, sales, and Anthropic partner teams across insurance, healthcare, and banking engagements.
What you'll do
- Operating within the India AI Center of Excellence and reporting to the Director, the architect partners with delivery, sales
- Design end-to-end solution architectures on the Claude platform, including RAG pipelines, agentic (single- and multi-agent) workflows
- Act as the technical solutioning lead across client engagements in insurance, healthcare, and banking, owning solution design from discovery through delivery hand-off
- Define patterns for tool-calling/function-calling, prompt orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation to ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance
- Lead technical discovery workshops, effort estimation, and solution reviews with client and internal stakeholders
