About the role
Create and issue accurate customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes within agreed timelines. Validate contracts, purchase orders, rate cards, milestones, volumes and supporting documents before billing. Review billing requests for completeness, coding, tax and approval requirements. Resolve billing exceptions and coordinate with sales, operations, finance and customer teams.
What you'll do
