What you'll do
- Ensure that the transactions processed are as per standard operating procedures available on client learning management system
- Process refunds correctly, ensuring they are issued to the appropriate payees as per SOPs
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and MS Teams, Providing timely and accurate responses
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters as per SLA metrics
