About the role
Responsible for accurately indexing and classifying incoming insurance documents into the appropriate systems/workflows. The role involves reviewing documents, identifying document types, capturing required metadata, and ensuring accurate routing for downstream processing.
What you'll do
- Review and index documents accurately as per process guidelines
- Validate document type, policy details, and required information
- Route documents to the appropriate queue/workflow
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and TAT/SLA adherence
- Identify exceptions and escalate discrepancies as required
