About the role
Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which include but are not limited to: Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters Extract data accurately as required by the SOP Complete notification (via system or email) to downstream team(s) and/or customer as per SOP
What you'll do
- Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules, Company Policies and Procedures
