About the role
5-8 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable within the Insurance industry. Fluent in French (spoken and written), preferably CEFR B2/C1 or above Manage aged debt and premium collections for French and European insurance portfolios. Conduct broker chases, debtor reviews, and account reconciliations.
What you'll do
- Manage aged debt and premium collections for French and European insurance portfolios
- Conduct broker chases, debtor reviews, and account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve cash allocation and UAC-related issues
- Review SOAs, invoices, premium transactions, and policy-level discrepancies
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and Brokers to resolve outstanding balances
