About the role
Design, develop, and implement training strategies and programs tailored to surgery coding and coding audit teams. Conduct strategic needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop training plans that address these gaps effectively. Develop comprehensive training modules, presentations, and learning materials based on current procedural terminology (CPT), ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding guidelines.

- Provide hands-on coding exercises, case studies, and assessments to reinforce learning and evaluate participant understanding
