- Directly engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
- Drive report UX/UI, ensuring dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and business-focused
- Develop and optimize complex DAX measures, data models, and Power Query transformations
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
