About the role
The Manager – Reinsurance Operations is responsible for end-to-end delivery and governance of reinsurance processes , ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of treaty/facultative operations, technical accounting, and financial reporting. The role involves leading teams, driving process controls, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring audit readiness .
