About the role
The Facilities Technical Manager is responsible for the technical operations, maintenance, and reliability of all building infrastructure and critical facilities systems. The role ensures uninterrupted operation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, fire and life safety systems, building automation systems, and related infrastructure while maintaining compliance, safety, and cost efficiency.
