About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master (7+ years) with strong expertise in Agile delivery, servant leadership, and coaching high-performing technology teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
What you'll do
- Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile mindset, and servant leadership to drive self-organization and accountability
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog (prioritization, story readiness, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done)
- Remove impediments and manage risks/issues; drive dependency management across teams and functions
- Enable predictable delivery through capacity planning, sprint forecasting, release planning , and transparent reporting
