About the role
The Record to Report (R2R) Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. The role leads a team of accounting professionals, drives process excellence, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and partners with stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations
- Review financial statements and management reports
