What you'll do

- Own SLA/KPI performance, incident/problem management, escalations, change/release management, and compliance
- Manage large, cross‑functional, geographically distributed delivery teams
- Drive AI/GenAI, RPA, cloud, DevOps, and intelligent automation initiatives to boost quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Oversee account financials, resource/capacity planning, vendor relationships, and commercial performance
