Senior Associate at EXL. Prior experience in Accounts Receivable functions, especially Billing, Exception handling, Reporting activities. Cash Application knowledge is preferred.
What you'll do
- Prepare Client Fees / invoices
- Process cash application, unallocated cash
- Dispute resolution by raising queries to sites / customers
- Contact with customers via email etc
- Tracking client invoices, managing, and maintaining client payments
