Communicate with customers for collection of receivables Liaise with stakeholders for escalations, past due reminders and legal notices Update credit rating for customers as per company policy and guidelines Prepare and maintain SOPs, process maps and other documentation for the process Process cash application, unallocated cash, rebates and refunds
