About the role

The Claims assistant will be responsible for managing a high volume of claims, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and strong customer/carrier satisfaction. This role involves reviewing claim submissions, validating documentation, escalating complex cases, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing a high volume of claims, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and strong customer/carrier satisfaction
• Review, process, and resolve claims efficiently and accurately
• Maintain complete and accurate claim documentation in Origami and related systems
• Communicate claim outcomes and requirements to customers and carriers
• Track and report claims data for loss prevention and departmental insights
