About the role
You will work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues and enforce credit policies. Your tasks include generating, sending, and following up on invoices to ensure timely payment, monitoring incoming payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records. You will assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and manage credit risk.
What you'll do
- Research broker statements by verifying correct premium booking, signed due dates, and applicable deductions such as brokerage, taxes
- Issue the monthly statement to brokers by the 11th of the month following completion of research and signing validation
- Respond to broker inbox queries within 24 hours and update notes in Prequel after each research activity or follow-up
- Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues and enforce credit policies
- Assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and manage credit risk
