About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Executive to join our Workers Compensation line of business within the IMU Insurance P&C team. The role involves reviewing and validating claim documents, updating claim information per established procedures, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality targets.
What you'll do
- Review and identify different types of claim‑related documents
- Verify and update claim information according to set requirements and procedures
- Research and gather Workers Compensation claim data from internal and external sources
- Process transactions in compliance with desktop procedures and company policies
- Achieve individual productivity and quality goals on a daily basis
