About the role

This role is a Back Office Insurance Operations position supporting Zurich Australia’s Motor Insurance business . The employee will process new business and renewal transactions, prepare and update policy-related information, collaborate with underwriters and brokers, maintain workflow systems, and ensure high-quality, timely processing while adhering to insurance guidelines and service standards.

What you'll do

• Review incoming requests and interpret information needed for processing
• Issue policy schedules and related documents to brokers for new business and renewals
• Review policy terms and support renewal decisions
• Update workflow systems and route cases to underwriters for approvals and reviews
• Follow underwriting guidelines, process instructions, and escalation protocols
