About the role
Contact with onshore stakeholders via email and MS Teams on a day-to-day basis. Act as Voice of the Customer internally to represent customer needs and wants. To impart process training to all new joiners. Provide and accept on time feedback on process training and ensure timely corrective action. To clear the assist queue on a daily basis and provide feedback to team members.

- Contribute to processing on need basis and ensure that targets in accordance with SOW are met
