About the role
The role focuses on defining transformation strategy, driving operational excellence, scaling digital and automation capabilities, and delivering sustainable business value through process redesign, productivity improvement, and innovation. The AVP will partner with client executives and senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, modernize service delivery models, and lead governance forums that accelerate business transformation.
What you'll do
- Define and execute transformation and operational excellence strategies across UK P&C Insurance operations
- Lead process improvement, re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive digital operations and automation programs leveraging RPA, Python, VBA, AutoHotkey, Power Automate, OCR, and workflow solutions
- Partner with client leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformation opportunities
- Lead executive governance, strategic reviews, benefit realization, and transformation councils
