- Support India Insurance F&A operations strategy execution, P&L performance, and margin expansion, with focus on UK market
- Lead end-to-end delivery across global centers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence
- Partner with IMUs and client CXOs to convert delivery excellence into growth, expansion, advocacy, and long-term strategic partnerships
- Drive AI, analytics, automation, and platform-led transformation across operations with clear ROI and adoption metrics
