What you'll do
- Build a high-performance, inclusive, and digitally fluent leadership team across geographies
- Champion operating model simplification, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable governance
- Shape differentiated Insurance F&A capabilities, including domain-specific AI solutions and proprietary delivery frameworks
- Own India Insurance F&A operations strategy execution, P&L performance, and margin expansion
- Lead end-to-end delivery across global centers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence
