● P&L ownership: budget, pricing, portfolio mix, investment roadmap and capital allocation. NAFDAC, PCN, SON—licenses, GMP, PV, promo compliance. Production, QA/RA, SCM, Sales/Marketing, Finance, HR. distributor strategy, hospitals/tenders, KOL & key account management. Government & stakeholder relations; manage audits/inspections and public-sector bids.
