What you'll do

- Engaging with the client on a day-to-day basis and understanding issues and requirements
- Elaborating/detailing out the requirements in a Functional Specification document and getting a signoff from client
- Defending Infosys’s case for change requests from a functional standpoint (differentiation between bank specific and generic industry requirements)
- Analyzing issues and quickly evaluating the business impact leading to prioritization
