About the role
We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst , and the Job Description is provided below. As this is an urgent requirement, we are seeking candidates who can join at the earliest and support the project with minimal lead time.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis reports
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions for wealth management initiatives and platform enhancements
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product Teams
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and implementation teams
