About the role
Customer is seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Support SME to lead Level-2 support, administration, maintenance, and operational stability of its MES platform. This role will serve as the primary technical escalation point for production issues while ensuring platform reliability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced Level-2 support for Siemens Opcenter MES applications
- Investigate and resolve complex production incidents impacting manufacturing operations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive corrective actions
- Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and software vendors for issue resolution
- Support critical production events, planned maintenance activities, and go-live deployments
