About the role
You’ll be working with the HV Bus After Sales / Service team in Bangalore. This team has an infectious passion to build operations from the ground up and ensure customers have a seamless experience. They help deliver the promised experience to our customers across the bus fleet and bring alive the proposition of Exponent Enabled Rapid Charging so that our customers benefit from 15-minute rapid charging at all times.
What you'll do
- From uptime and field response to team leadership and relationship management, you will play a critical role in the team
- Provide timely on-site (or remote, where possible) field support to EV bus fleet customers experiencing vehicle issues, minimising vehicle downtime
- Ensure a turnaround time (TAT) for field service support and keep the fleet on the road
- Lead and manage a distributed field support team of Bus Field Technicians across multiple locations, assign tasks, ensure the team is properly trained
- Collaborate with internal teams — PQ, supply-chain, customer support — to coordinate spare parts, schedule services, manage upgrades or retrofits
