What you'll do
- This role is built for someone early in their career who has already worked on EV hardware and wants to grow into ownership of test programs – not for a fresher
- Execute DVP&R tests on battery packs, modules, BMS hardware and DC/AC chargers as per test plans and standards (AIS-156, AIS-038 Rev 2, IS 17017
- Set up and operate lab equipment: battery cyclers, DC sources/e-loads, power analysers, DAQ, thermal chambers, insulation/hipot testers, oscilloscopes and CAN tools
- Perform electrical, functional, performance and safety tests – capacity, efficiency, charge/discharge profiles, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand
- Support environmental and mechanical tests (thermal cycling, humidity, IP ingress, vibration, shock) and coordinate with external labs (ARAI, ICAT
