What you'll do
- The Technical & Product Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical and product training programs for our dealership network and internal teams
- This role focuses heavily on the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment for 3 Wheelers and Heavy commercial vehicles
- Conduct hands-on technical training for dealer technicians on EV architecture, high-voltage systems, powertrain, battery and chargers
- Train dealership staff on advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and the use of specialized OEM diagnostic tools
- Educate teams on rigorous high-voltage safety protocols, safety gear (PPE) utilization, and emergency response procedures
