About the role
As a Program Associate at Exponent Energy, you’ll work closely with the Program Management team to drive execution across multiple business, operations, and product initiatives. You’ll play a key supporting role in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects that help us deliver cutting-edge EV energy solutions at scale.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end program execution across product development, operations and business teams
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking key deliverables to meet timelines and goals
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and support mitigation planning
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders
