What you'll do
- Gathering of fundamental or critical information from meeting with various stakeholders
- Consult the internal and external stakeholders to understand the HR functional objective and create a solution approach
- Should also be able to manage the change management for ongoing queries related to HRMS Softwares (ERP & Zoho)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute HRMS softwares(ERP & Zoho) implementation projects
- Develop and maintain HRMS policies and procedures, including data management
