About the role
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Zoho Books and other relevant Zoho products to meet our clients' accounting and financial management needs. Your role will focus on understanding business requirements, configuring solutions, training users, and providing ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Work closely with clients to understand their accounting and financial processes and recommend Zoho solutions that align with their business needs
- Implement and configure Zoho Books and other Zoho applications like Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense , and Zoho Payroll
- Customize and optimize Zoho products to streamline financial processes, including invoicing, expenses, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Conduct user training and support for Zoho Books and related tools to ensure effective usage by the finance team
- Assist clients with data migration from legacy systems to Zoho Books
