What you'll do
- Technically lead the sustenance team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Network Automation and Orchestration products
- Own the overall sustenance engineering lifecycle, including defect resolution, product enhancements, maintenance releases, and associated design, code
- Drive engineering excellence through effective debugging, root-cause analysis, code quality, regression testing, and automation of repetitive maintenance activities
- Analyse production issues and customer-reported defects, establish root causes, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Mentor team members on troubleshooting, design principles, coding standards, testing practices, and effective problem-solving
