About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Constructi on Lead/ Engineer with 5-15 years of relevant experience to join our Global Projects team. This position supports the successful execution of major capital projects by providing field leadership and execution oversight for construction activities.
What you'll do
- Support implementation of project execution strategies and construction fundamentals
- Monitor field execution activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives
- Review engineering deliverables and identify opportunities to improve constructability, fabrication efficiency, or field productivity
- Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Support development of construction scopes of work
