About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabrication Lead/ Engineer with 5-15 years of relevant experience to join our Global Projects team. This position supports the successful execution of major capital projects by providing field leadership and execution oversight for fabrication activities.
What you'll do
- Support implementation of project execution strategies and fabrication fundamentals
- Monitor field execution activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives
- Support the Fabrication Manager in achieving project milestones and delivery commitments
- Review engineering deliverables and identify opportunities to improve constructability, fabrication efficiency, or field productivity
- Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
