About the role
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
What you'll do
- Develop project spot Orders and develop and maintain a portfolio of service contracts
- Host as required, a Project Contracting Strategy workshop with project management to develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure for the overall capital project
- Lead and manage contract development, including coordination of Scope and Job Specification components
- Ensure consistency between General Terms and Conditions Document and all other contract components (exhibits, job specification, etc.) prior to bid issue
