- Key challenges / opportunities
- Long Lead Equipment (LLE)strategy
- Purchasing Strategy and Roles & Responsibilities (RACI)
- Provides input to Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Invitation to Tender and technically evaluates contractor bids
- Leads execution of Long Lead Equipment purchase commitments and any other scopes aligned for Company to provide (self-managed carve outs, project studies, etc.)
