What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a growing community of 1,000+ citizen developers across the organization
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support throughout the application development lifecycle
- Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and hands-on training to help users maximize the value of ServiceNow's low-code capabilities
- Create and maintain engaging training materials, learning paths, best practice guides, and FAQ documentation
