What you'll do
- Support site-level review of contractor RA bills, measurement sheets, BOQ quantities, rates and supporting documents
- Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, BBS, JMR/measurement records and actual site progress
- Perform site checks to validate quality and quantity of work executed before bill review
- Review availability of quality records such as inspection reports, checklists, pour cards, test reports, material certificates and NCR closure records
- Identify discrepancies in measurements, quantities, rates or supporting documentation and maintain an observation/query tracker for closure
