About the role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Oil & Gas industry knowledge and consulting experience to support strategic transformation initiatives for global energy clients. The role involves client advisory, problem structuring, business development, proposal creation, and end-to-end project delivery across business and technology transformation programs.
What you'll do
- Lead consulting workstreams and deliver client engagements across the Energy sector
- Diagnose business challenges and develop strategic and operational improvement recommendations
- Create executive presentations, proposals, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Support account growth through opportunity identification, solution shaping, and pursuit support
- Engage confidently with client leadership and build trusted advisor relationships
