About the role
EY GDS India LLP is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across Banking & Capital Markets platforms. The role requires a blend of banking domain expertise, platform implementation experience, business analysis capabilities, and practical understanding of AI-powered solutions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and platform vendors to define, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across Banking & Capital Markets functions including lending, payments, trade finance, treasury, wealth management
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in platform implementation, migration, modernization, and digital transformation programs using leading banking and capital markets platforms
- Conduct gap analysis, solution assessments, impact analysis, and support business process re-engineering initiatives
