EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.
What you'll do
- Provide creative and art direction support to the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary
- Communicate effectively with various customers/customer groups while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
- Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
- Mentor junior team members on best design practices
