What you'll do
- Lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand creative across print, digital, presentations, motion and social media
- Champion EY brand standards and consistently deliver outstanding work across quality, speed, budget and efficiency
- Provide clear creative direction, coach team members and remove barriers to keep work moving with confidence
- Build trusted customer relationships by listening closely, interpreting briefs and presenting ideas with clarity and impact
- Lead customer conversations with empathy, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset
