About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and quality assurance teams to support the delivery of technology-enabled business solutions.
What you'll do
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and expected outcomes
- Facilitate requirement workshops, discovery sessions, backlog refinement, and solution discussions
- Elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data-mapping requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product managers and product owners
