What you'll do
- Responsible for leading platform development, maintenance, and support across enterprise systems
- Manage and resolve complex platform issues escalated from staff
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of platform technologies across all systems
- Develop and implement changes to department policies and procedures to address evolving business needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead quality initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure critical technology maintenance is completed
