About the role
As a Manager in the Delivery Excellence team that supports the Business and Risk consulting service line, you will support the execution of delivery excellence initiatives that contribute to standardized delivery process across consulting engagements. You will work under the guidance of senior leaders to ensure delivery consistency and help improve client satisfaction through operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Support in developing Delivery Excellence frameworks for the service line
- Drives root cause analysis and work with both delivery team and onshore to identify and implement delivery process improvements
- Apply standardized delivery processes and assist in tracking KPIs
- Identify delivery risks and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
- Conduct delivery reviews and document findings
